Stephanie is a barrister practising from Plymouth Chambers in Christchurch. She has a broad practice in civil litigation including insurance, commercial & property disputes, professional disciplinary matters, regulatory prosecutions and trust/estate litigation. She has also been appointed to undertake inquiries and act in Coroners' inquests. She is a member of the Canterbury Westland Standards Committee and the New Zealand Bar Associaton Education Committee. She is also a faculty member of the New Zealand Law Society Litigation Skills programme.
Susan advises on commercial litigation and employment law issues. She also provides specialist advice on insurance issues including policy interpretation and claims. Susan has appeared before a range of Courts and Tribunals in New Zealand and Australia, and at arbitrations and mediations.
