It is with great excitement that we announce that registrations for our 2025 Professional Women’s Conference are now open! As noted earlier, the conference will be held on Thursday, 31 July 2025 from 10:30am at the Christchurch Town Hall.

This year, our theme, “Redefining Norms and Challenging Stereotypes,” highlights the vital role of questioning traditional expectations and overcoming preconceived notions faced by professional women. With Professor Ursula Cheer as our MC for the day, we have an exciting and varied line up of speakers, including Nadia Lim, Brooke Roberts, Tracy Minnoch, Renee Walker, and Pete Burdon. We will finish the day networking over drinks and canapes.

CWLA invites you to its "Lunch & Learn Session”

The Canterbury Women's Legal Association invites its members to attend a lunchtime session with Coroner Anna Tutton.

Please join us for this event on Wednesday 4 March 2020, from 1:00pm - 2:00pm at the Wynn Williams offices in Christchurch.

Coroner Tutton will cover topics such as her career path so far, how she has made it work as a single parent and what her current role as a Coroner involves.
