Courtney is an associate in the national Dispute Resolution team at Wynn Williams. She works primarily in the area of family law, including matters relating to relationship property, domestic violence, care of children and estate disputes.

Courtney has extensive experience in the Family Court as well as resolving matters by way of mediation and out of court settlement. She regularly appears as lead counsel and as Lawyer to Assist, appointed on behalf of the Family Court. Her experience in family law also includes Oranga Tamariki proceedings, guardianship disputes, such as relocations, and drafting contracting out (prenup) agreements. She is well known for the empathetic manner in which she guides her clients through often highly stressful and emotional times.

Courtney is also experienced in criminal law. She has acted on a number of serious charges, with optimum resolution, and has appeared as lead counsel at various sentencing hearings and successfully applied for discharges without conviction and limited licences. Courtney has also appeared as junior counsel in jury trials.

Amanda leads the Employment and Health and Safety practice at Wynn Williams and is a member of the national Dispute Resolution Team. She acts on the full range of Employment Law matters, with a particular focus in the dispute resolution area. Amanda gets alongside clients to work on the best outcome for them. She and her team are recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 for their expertise in these areas, and she also frequently speaks at Employment and Health and Safety conferences.

Kelsey specialises in resource management law, and has a background in civil litigation

Kerryn specialises in criminal law and inquiry work. She acts for clients facing the most serious charges at jury trials and appeals and has experience as both a prosecutor and defence lawyer. She is criminal and civil legal aid provider. Kerryn's practice has a particular focus on cases involving abuse and vulnerable people and is currently appointed as counsel assisting the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care. Kerryn was appointed a Queen's Counsel in 2021.

Ann's main area of practice is as a mediator and facilitator. With more than 20 years experience in civil litigation specialising in employment and insurance law.

Ann is well placed to assist parties resolve their disputes. Ann is an Associate of AMINZ, a member of the NZLS Canterbury Westland Standards Committee and a panel member of the Restorative Justice Community Panel.
